How do I contact support?
Email sczgamesinfo@gmail.com. Include your device model, operating system version, app version, a short description of the issue, and screenshots if useful.
Does Trip Plan use GPS or track my location?
No. The app may ask for a location permission, but Trip Plan does not read, store, or send GPS coordinates. Walking routes and city notes come from the city pack, not from live tracking.
Does the free version include ads?
Yes. The standard edition shows ads (including app-open, interstitial, and rewarded formats). A one-time Pro purchase turns ads off. It is not an auto-renewing subscription.
What is Pro, and how do I cancel?
Pro is a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. There is a short on-device trial; clearing app data can end the trial. There is no in-app cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play according to their policies.
What is the minimum age?
Trip Plan is for users 13 and older (Apple age rating 12+, Google Play target 13+).
Where is my itinerary stored?
Trip preferences and saved places stay on your device. City guides, catalogs, and images are delivered from cloud catalogs. Trip Plan does not create a named account — identity is an anonymous app ID.

What Trip Plan is
Trip Plan (store title: Tourist City Itinerary Planner) is a walking companion for a short city stay. You pick a city pack, set one to five days, and follow sights and meal stops in order. It is not an AI itinerary generator, a live GPS tour, medical advice, or emergency services.
City packs include walking days, food notes, phrases, transit notes, and local culture. Maps can be used offline after download. Location permission may be requested; coordinates are not read, stored, or sent.
Ads, trial, and Pro
The standard edition shows ads. A one-time lifetime Pro purchase turns ads off and removes the per-switch city cap. A short trial runs on the device; it is not a store introductory offer. Clearing app data can end the trial. Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
